Are there any restrictions on my use of the The2day.com products
?
First of all our products cannot be resold as standalone products(except resell package). If you would like to sell the products from our offer to any of your customers, you will need to do significant changes to the products. If you don't want to make signification changes, your customer would need to get a membership at www.the2day.com to use the products as they are. Additionally, you are not allowed to use a spider, web crawler, or other similar automated tool to download content.

Can you refund my money?
Once you have downloaded a product from the2day.com we cannot refund your money as you cannot return the intangible products back. If you didn't download a product from us and would like to make a refund, we will refund your money if you'll ask for the refund within 5 days after the membership purchased.
What am I allowed and not allowed to do with the templates ?
You may:
- Build a website using the template in any way you like.
You may not ( except resell package ):
- Resell or redistribute templates (like we do) .
- Claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are property of content providing companies and individuals.
- Make more than one project using the same template (you have to purchase the same template once more in order to make another project with the same design)
